Thank you for considering MBGH membership. Membership is based on the number of benefits eligible employees in your organization and renews annually. There are three membership types.

Employer Member: An employer that purchases health benefits, whose primary representative is an individual responsible for human resources, benefits and health management activities for its covered population. 

Government/Non-profit Member: An academic, research, voluntary or governmental organization whose primary representative is an individual responsible for human resources, health benefits and health management activities for its covered population. This category also includes employer coalitions that are members of the National Alliance of Healthcare Purchaser Coalitions (a Non-profit). Government/Non-profit Members receive a 50% reduction in Employer Member dues.

Partner Member (waitlist established*): Partner applicants require approval by the MBGH Board of Directors. A Partner Member is an organization that offers consulting and medical/pharmaceutical products and/or health and benefit services to employers for their covered populations. Complete the waitlist application to hold your organization's spot to become a new Partner Member of MBGH. *New partner members will be placed on a waiting list and their membership is subject to MBGH Board approval.
